What are the rates for a day or overnight stay on Motu Only You?
Prices vary based on the option selected (day or overnight stay), the number of guests, and the season. To receive a personalized quote, you can:

Can I cancel my booking at any time?
Yes, cancellations are allowed. However, a deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This guarantees the motu’s availability and confirms the seriousness of the request. In case of cancellation, part of the deposit is retained.
This policy ensures fairness and commitment in a private, limited-capacity setting.
What if my flight times don’t match your check-in/out schedule?
No worries! The suggested times (check-in at 2 PM, check-out at 11 AM) are flexible. If your flight arrives earlier or later, we’ll do our best to adjust your check-in/out times. Each experience is tailored, just let us know your needs in advance.
Is food included during a day trip
It depends on the package you choose:
Relaxation package: Lunch is included, plus an afternoon snack is offered. If you’d like more, a mini-bar with drinks and extras is available for purchase.
Professional package: A welcome drink is included. A mini-bar with drinks and extras is also available as an option.
Group package: No meals are included by default
How many people can spend the day on the motu?
Day visit are available for couples, families, or small groups up to 30 people.
Whether it’s a romantic getaway, a family outing, or a gathering with friends, the motu provides a peaceful, private setting.
For overnight stays, the maximum capacity is 6 guests to ensure comfort and privacy.
You can also privatize the island for events: birthdays, weddings, photo shoots, or corporate activities. We adapt to your needs to ensure a tailored experience in a breathtaking environment.
Can I gift a day on the motu?
Absolutely! You can offer a private day on Motu Only You as a personalized gift card. Perfect for birthdays, honeymoons, wellness retreats, or romantic surprises, it’s an unforgettable experience.
We take care of personalizing everything: the recipient’s name, a short message, an open or fixed date, and optional add-on services if you’d like. It’s a unique way to gift a true escape in a paradise setting. paradisiaque.
Can children come to the motu?
Yes! The motu is a perfect playground for kids. They can explore the lagoon, go crab hunting, try snorkeling, or discover Polynesian traditions with Ken.
Family-friendly lodging includes:
– A private bungalow for parents with double bed, bathroom, and toilet.
– A separate kids’ bungalow with a double bed, bunk beds, bathroom, and toilet near Vincent’s home for extra safety.
⚠️ Note: The island is not suited for babies or toddlers under 3 due to the natural environment.
Can I extend my stay once I’m there?
Yes, depending on availability. Many guests choose to stay longer after experiencing the calm and privacy of the motu. Let us know as early as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate an extended stay.
What’s included in the half-board option?
The package includes a French-style breakfast, quietly delivered each morning before you wake up. Croissants, pain au chocolat, fresh fruit, homemade juice, coffee… everything is prepared so you can start your day with no schedule or stress.
Dinner is cooked on-site by Vincent, featuring homemade dishes made with local ingredients. The cuisine is simple, generous, and true to the Polynesian spirit: hearty portions, traditional recipes with a creative twist, all served in a relaxed and authentic atmosphere. Vincent adapts the menu based on fresh arrivals and your preferences, always with the goal of delighting you.
🕛 At lunchtime, many of our guests choose to enjoy activities with our trusted local partners. These often include meals outside the motu, which is why lunch is not included in our stays.
For stays longer than two nights, we’ll gladly take you to a local supermarket free of charge so you can shop for groceries. A freezer is available on the motu, allowing you to store your food and prepare a light lunch whenever you like.
Is the motu really private and secluded?
Yes, you are completely alone on Motu Only You, just 10 minutes by boat from Bora Bora. No hotels, no tourists, no neighbors. This total isolation is what makes the experience so special.
The only other person on the island is Vincent, your host. He ensures everything runs smoothly (meals, logistics, maintenance). His home is located at a distance, ensuring your privacy.

Is the motu self-sufficient in water and electricity?
Yes, Motu Only You is fully self-sufficient thanks to solar energy. The electricity produced powers the lighting, refrigerator, coffee machine, television, and Wi-Fi connection.
Rainwater is collected and filtered to supply the shower and restrooms, in full respect of the environment. For drinking, a filtered water fountain is available in the fare. It is completely independent from the rainwater system, ensuring pure, safe drinking water at all times.
Of course, being self-sufficient also means using resources wisely: since they are limited, it’s important to consume them responsibly. For example, taking long 20-minute hot showers isn’t possible, but that’s also part of the charm and eco-conscious spirit of staying on the motu.
